This program requires schools to offer breakfast and lunch but allows schools to count and claim meals without the normal free/reduced application process. Schools no longer collect Free/Reduced lunch forms to determine eligibility for free meals..
Advantages: All students receive a free breakfast and lunch......Eliminates overt identification issues for students.......Improves nutrition to children at risk......
